2. Platform Access

3. Customer Agreements

Access to the AIBound platform may also be governed by a separate written agreement between AIBound and your organization (such as a subscription agreement, proof-of-concept agreement, or master services agreement).

If such an agreement exists, that agreement will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the AIBound website and platform are the property of AIBound or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Software and platform functionality
• Product designs and architecture
• Documentation and research materials
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• Text, graphics, and visualizations

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on AIBound materials without prior written consent.

The name AIBound, the AIBound logo, and related product names are trademarks of AIBound Inc.

5. Customer Data

Customers may upload or provide data to the AIBound platform for the purpose of analyzing AI resources, infrastructure, or related metadata.

AIBound processes customer data solely for the purpose of delivering and improving its services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements with customers.

Each customer retains ownership of its own data. AIBound retains ownership of its platform, technology, and aggregated insights generated from anonymized system analytics.

6. Security and Responsible Use

AIBound is committed to maintaining a secure platform environment.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of AIBound systems without authorization
• Circumvent authentication or access controls
• Introduce malware or malicious code into the platform
• Use the platform in a way that could harm other users or systems

7. Third-Party Services

The AIBound platform may integrate with or reference third-party services, tools, or infrastructure providers.

AIBound is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
