AIBound processes customer data solely for the purpose of delivering and improving its services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements with customers.
Each customer retains ownership of its own data. AIBound retains ownership of its platform, technology, and aggregated insights generated from anonymized system analytics.
6. Security and Responsible Use
AIBound is committed to maintaining a secure platform environment.
You agree not to:
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of AIBound systems without authorization
- Circumvent authentication or access controls
- Introduce malware or malicious code into the platform
